Privacy Notice

ROC Workforce uses information submitted through this site to review a workforce request, consider a worker profile for relevant opportunities, or respond to a general enquiry.

Information Collected

The forms collect the contact, project, role, availability and operating information you enter. A worker profile may include a résumé you choose to upload. Do not submit identity, banking, health or other sensitive documents.

Use and Storage

ROC uses the information for the purpose stated beside the form and for follow-up about that request or profile. Entries are stored in the site's hosted database; uploaded résumés are stored separately in hosted file storage. These forms do not send information to advertising services.

Access and Review

Site administrators can access submission records through Sites administration. Each entry is assigned a review date 180 days after submission. This review date does not automatically delete the record.

Requests and Questions

Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Identify the email used for the original submission so the relevant record can be located.

Site Technologies

Necessary site technologies operate the forms and core functionality. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts. This implementation includes no advertising or marketing analytics.
